  • Attempt to interfere with, disable, or compromise the security, performance, or functionality of the website.
  • Use automated systems—robots, scrapers, data-mining tools—without prior written approval.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the website, server, or connected systems.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to anyone who violates these Terms.

All website content relating to services—including descriptions, estimates, timelines, and pricing—is for general information only.
Final terms, pricing, warranties, and timelines are determined solely through written proposals and signed agreements.

3. PROJECT TERMS, PAYMENTS & ADDITIONAL WORK

Project Proposals & Payment Requirements

All proposals issued by Onato Innovations, Inc. (“the Company”) outline the full scope of work, materials, labor, timeline, and payment schedule. Once a proposal is accepted and signed by both parties, it becomes a binding agreement.

Clients acknowledge and agree that:

  • All projects must be paid according to the payment structure listed in the proposal, which may include:
    • Deposits
    • Progress payments
    • Phase-based payments
    • Final balance payments
    • Change-order payments
    • Additional material or labor fees

  • No additional work, change orders, or new project phases will begin until all outstanding balances for the existing project are paid in full.
  • Client-requested additions outside the original scope will require either:
    • A new written proposal or change order, or
    • Billing at our standard service-call rate when appropriate.

Refunds & Completion of Work

Onato Innovations does not provide refunds for completed work when the work has been:

  • Thoughtfully and professionally performed
  • Completed according to industry standards
  • Delivered as outlined in the original signed proposal or approved change orders

Once the agreed-upon work is completed, the client remains responsible for payment of the full contracted amount.

Failure to Pay & Legal Action

If payment is not made within the timeframe stated in the proposal or invoice—and no written extension has been approved—the Company reserves the right to:

  • Suspend scheduled or ongoing work
  • Withhold access to programming files, system configurations, or documentation
  • Initiate legal action to recover unpaid balances, including attorney fees, collection costs, and interest permitted under Texas law

These requirements are enforceable upon signature of the proposal by both parties.

4. SERVICE CALLS & ADDITIONAL REQUESTS

If a client requests extra work outside the original scope during a scheduled visit or service call, Onato Innovations reserves the right to:

  • Charge the Company’s standard hourly service-call rate
  • Bill for added materials or extended time
  • Require payment upon completion of that service call
  • Decide whether a formal proposal or change order is necessary

The Company is not obligated to issue a new proposal for minor additions performed during a service call.

5. DOCUMENTATION & USE OF WORK PHOTOS

Onato Innovations reserves the right to document any work performed, which may include:

  • Written notes
  • System logs
  • Installation records
  • Wiring photos
  • Equipment photos
  • Images of completed systems

Images of completed work may be used for internal training, quality assurance, project records, or marketing and portfolio purposes, provided that:

  • Photos do not intentionally include identifiable personal information, such as faces, minors, security codes, personal documents, or valuables.
  • Reasonable steps are taken to avoid displaying private areas of the home in a way that reveals personal identity or security-sensitive details.
  • Clients may request removal of a publicly posted image if they believe it exposes personal or private information. The Company will review and honor reasonable requests.

By permitting Onato Innovations to perform work on your property, you acknowledge that photographs of the installed systems or workmanship may be used by the Company unless a written opt-out request is submitted before project completion.
